Tax Deferred Exchanges

We excel in handling IRS Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges, whether as the closing attorney or assisting in effecting such exchanges through a qualified Intermediary.

Transaction Consultation

By virtue of our vast experience, my firm can provide you with consultation services for even the most complicated of real estate transactions, either residential or commercial.

Correction of Title Defects

My firm understands the importance of addressing and rectifying title issues before everyone sits down at the closing table. Therefore, my firm makes every effort to remedy title defects immediately after receiving the title report.
